PTFE packing is used for sealing the glands in equipment operating in most of chemical environments. The packing is made of expanded fluoroplastic yarns (white color), and also of graphite-reinforced expanded fluoroplastic yarns (black color).
Types
NF-100 packing is made of expanded fluoroplastic (PTFE) yarns. This type of packing is most often used for sealing against concentrated-acids or in cases with high requirements to operating environment cleanness. Elasticity and softness of the packing make it possible to provide sealing with a minimal gland compression.
Typical fields of application – aggressive chemicals, foodstuffs, and pharmaceutical preparations.

NF-200 diagonally weaved packing is made from expanded graphite-reinforced PTFE with silicone oil. It features flexibility, chemical resistance, low friction coefficient and excellent heat-transferring properties, which make NF-200 packing one of the most widely used and universal packing on the market.
